This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager in the Banca Business Development Department located in Hanoi. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for leading and managing business development activities including; developing, managing, implementing business plans, promoting business according to each group of strategic partners and managing sales forces to ensure the Company's business goals and orientation.

Business Development, Business Modelling
Managing and driving the business operations of Banca Domain
Oversee the implementation of sales campaigns, contests, and promotional activities
Job Requirement
Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
Financial Analysis and Reporting skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
