This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager in the Banca Business Development Department located in Hanoi. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for leading and managing business development activities including; developing, managing, implementing business plans, promoting business according to each group of strategic partners and managing sales forces to ensure the Company's business goals and orientation.

Main functions:

• Business Development, Business Modelling
• Managing and driving the business operations of Banca Domain
• Oversee the implementation of sales campaigns, contests, and promotional activities

• Financial Analysis and Reporting skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
