Job Description

  • Take full responsibility for Marketing, Social Media, Communication, and Branding activities related to the assigned product categories.

  • Supervise and monitor the implementation of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.

  • Keep track of market trends and consumer insights to develop marketing plans for category growth, brand building, and new product development.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop effective marketing strategies across company-owned and partner media channels.

  • Analyze customer data to understand their needs and interests, providing recommendations to refine marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Monitor sales performance of the assigned categories and products, planning monthly stock volume to meet the company’s business requirements.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Marketing role.

  • Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written).

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to build annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans for brands/categories.

  • Excellent leadership, independent problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

  • Able to work under high pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
