JOB DESCRIPTION – DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (FMCG / CHOCOLATE BRAND)

About the Company

We are a fast-growing FMCG distribution company specializing in premium chocolate and lifestyle products, including Feastables by MrBeast and other exciting global brands. Our mission is to make quality treats and joyful experiences accessible to everyone in Vietnam.

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Digital

Marketing Executive to join our team and amplify our online presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platforms to drive brand awareness and sales.

Develop content strategies aligned with brand identity (especially for chocolate and MrBeast’s youthful, fun, and high-energy tone).

Manage and grow the company’s social media channels – ensuring engaging, consistent, and localized storytelling.

• Collaborate with the Design, Sales, and Trade teams to create visuals, videos, and captions that resonate with Vietnamese consumers.

Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, engagement metrics) and recommend optimizations.

Work with KOLs, influencers, and communities to build brand love and buzz, especially among Gen Z and young adults.

• Support product launches, events, and offline activations when required.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in FMCG, confectionery, or lifestyle brands).

• Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and familiarity with content analytics tools.

• Strong understanding of KOL/influencer marketing and digital trends (knowledge of MrBeast and Feastables brand style is a plus).

• Creative, proactive, and passionate about content that connects emotionally with audiences.

• Good English communication and copywriting skills are an advantage.
