Our client is a 5-star resort, now looking for a Sales & Marketing Director (Resort, $3000, ID15733)

Assign, inspect and direct the development of agent business according to region.
Do market research and assign, control and lead employees in charge of construction price and products, policies and service policies.
Assign, inspect, develop and exploit the positove relationships with major partners and new markets.
Negotiate and manage strategic contracts.
Allocate, check and direct officials in charge of online/offline marketing, online and offline image design
Assign and examine the employees in charge of the acquisition of products and services.
Create national revenue development plan and assess work performance.
Create and accomplish the forms, processes, and procedures needed for internal administration and management.
Recruit and train Sales & Marketing staff.

Male/ Female, 30-40 years old
Graduated from University in the major of Business Administration, Tourism, economy, trade,...
Having at least 5 years of experience in the same position at 5-star hotels/ resorts, prioritize international firms.
Solid experience with travel agents, and many outstanding achievements.
Good at English.
