Conduct market research and customer segmentation to develop strategies, business models, and implement business processes, as well as manage Event and MICE operations.
Organize and build a customer network. Search for, exploit, and expand customer and partner sources to optimize revenue and operational/business profits in the Event and MICE sector.
Negotiate and sign quotations and business contracts for Event and MICE services.
Take responsibility for achieving Event and MICE revenue targets.
Organize, assign, guide, and supervise staff in planning, executing, and evaluating the results of Event and MICE business activities.
Organize, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign, promotion, and marketing program related to Event and MICE business.
Compile, analyze, and report business results by program and on a periodic basis.
Organize and participate in events and exhibitions to promote the BRG Hospitality Group brand and its member hotels.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or English.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 3 years in management roles involving event, MICE operations, and business development.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of conferences, seminars, events, and the MICE industry.
Language: Proficient in English for professional communication.
