The role of a Recruitment Consultant (Recruitment Advisor) is to act as Reeracoen Vietnam's main point of contact between clients and candidates. [What you will be working on]
Find clients and foster long-term relationships in Vietnam
Understand client requirements and negotiate on terms
Follow up existing clients & develop non-Japanese customers about recruitment (by phone call, meeting,...)
Cooperate with colleagues to sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, offer for potential candidates for client's recruitment
Follow up customers for feedback after introducing candidates & do necessary action until finish recruitment process
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 1 years of corporate business development/client acquisition experience in a service-based company, preferably with exposure to multiple industries.
