The role of a Recruitment Consultant (Recruitment Advisor) is to act as Reeracoen Vietnam's main point of contact between clients and candidates.
[What you will be working on]

• Find clients and foster long-term relationships in Vietnam
• Understand client requirements and negotiate on terms
• Follow up existing clients & develop non-Japanese customers about recruitment (by phone call, meeting,...)
• Cooperate with colleagues to sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, offer for potential candidates for client's recruitment
• Follow up customers for feedback after introducing candidates & do necessary action until finish recruitment process

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 1 years of corporate business development/client acquisition experience in a service-based company, preferably with exposure to multiple industries.
• English: Strong Intermediate level.
