Job Description
1. Be in charge of export process & documents for current seafood business
· Prepare documents for export goods (carefully check bill of lading, catch certificate, health certificate, and certificate of Origin from suppliers, make commercial invoice, packing list or related documents)
· Follow up with supplier, customer, Italy offices, Director, monitoring the forwarders to arrange shipment schedule and booking note, submit documents on time.
· Logistics:
- To update freight costs and get a quotation;
- To calculate logistics cost and inform entrust party
- To make logistics cost estimation
· Prepare payment documents
- To check PI and issue PI for Indofish Asia
- To check and make draft LC
- To transfer LC
- To make the commission contract, asking payment
· Be the main contact to work with the bank for the followings:
- To submit company document & be present at bank when needed
- To follow the payment and update the bank balance to Director.
- To transfer money, LC etc.
- To follow and update balance of companies and report to Director
· Accounting tasks (closely work with outsourcing accounting firm)
- To issue red invoice to/when receive supplier/ customer payment
- To prepare, print invoices from tax system, payment documents, etc.
- To collect and send all invoices, accounting documents to accounting firm every month
- To transfer marketing contribution fee to Italian partners
· Administration tasks:
- To file & archive the export documents
- To file & archive company information
- To file & archive bank accounts & contact persons
- To file & archive supplier contact lists
- To make reports and support Director/ Commercial manager as per his/ her requests
- To support & back-up Assistant when needed
2. Be in charge of import process & documents for new business
3. Other tasks as per Director's request
