Job Description

Key Objective of Role

This role is responsible for the preparation of Proposal drawings, Approval drawings, Erection drawings, Fabrication sketches and Bill of Materials.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

· Work closely with in-house sales, proposal and design engineering team to carry out structure steel detailing works

· Liaise with project team for technical drawings and submission approval

· Prepare and check shop fabrication drawings per project scope, specifications, AISC and AWS requirements, and Nova detailing standards using its detailing software

· Support Business/Channel Partners in all aspect of drafting-related matter

· Review and assess current work for accuracy and adherence to specifications

· Prepare Proposal Drawings in 2D and 3D for Sales

· Produce Engineering Drawings for customers’ approval

· Create fabrication and Assembly Drawings

· Generate Bill of Materials (BOM)

· Perform, other than all the above, whatever duties entrusted by the Country General Manager in respect of the detailing related activities

Job Requirement

·       Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural or Technical School

·       Minimum 2 years in drafting/detailing of steel structure, preferably in Pre-Engineered Steel Building (PEB)

·       Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, TEKLA and other 3D Softwares (SketchUp or 3dMax, etc)

·       Good command in English (communication and written)

·       Should be able to work jointly with the engineering team

·       Cooperative & good working attitude

·       Ability to be flexible & manage time resources with multiple projects
