EHS & Operational Excellence Engineer (Junior to Supervisor level)

Job Description

Support Country EHS, WCM & Sustainability Manager to coordinate/engage all levels across all plants to develop an effective, practical and sustainable EHS and World-Class Manufacturing systems in all Saint-Gobain entities in Vietnam.

• Support Manager to lead EHS, site risk, sustainable (CO2, water, waste..), BCP, crisis via Saint-Gobain tools/ programs/ standards/best practices to improve number of hours without accident, minimum impact on environment (all companies), achieved sustainable roadmap of Saint-Gobain Vietnam.
• Coordinate site EHS for reporting on GAIA, Power BI,
• Coordinate all site to update EHS performance.
• Safety warning, best practice communication.
• Join EHS community channel to get NEWS, information, guideline updating and transfer new requirements to local team.
• Support manager for internal audit and coordinate with APAC/central team to implement audit program required such as: ISA, cross standard audit, legal, Site Risk, health and safety pillar under WCM standard.
• Coordinate site EHS for data report on Gaia, Site risk, Power PI… system and ensure high quality and on time
• Consolidate country monthly EHS, SIP, budget reports.
• Support EHS country, Site EHS to implement: EHS day, EHS campaign, seminar, Diamond award, Dare to Care, Power To Stop…
• Support admin/HR to implement projects to reduce risk related Head office, non-operation.

Job Requirement

1. Education: Bachelor degree in Industrial Management, Mechanics, Electrics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related majors.

2. Experience: 2 years of engineering experience from manufacturing backgrounds.

3. English level: good

4. Knowledge & Skills: (Nice to have)

• EHS tools, Standard, legal.
• Ability to practical comply EHS standard, legal requirements.
• Ability to apply EHS risk assessment tool.
• Expertise in standard requirements.
• Ability to do root cause analysis.
