1. Support Employer Branding Content & Campaigns
· Assist in developing content for branding campaigns across Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, LinkedIn, and internal channels.
· Participate in producing recruitment videos, event photos, employee testimonials, and professional articles.
· Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
· Monitor and report on post-performance metrics: reach, engagement, and candidate feedback.
2. University Relations & Campus Engagement
· Support organizing on-campus activities: job fairs, workshops, and MOU signing ceremonies.
· Coordinate logistics for internship programs and training collaborations with partner schools.
· Maintain and update contact lists and relevant partnership documents.
· Provide on-site support during employer branding events at universities.
3. Candidate Sourcing by Campaign
· Source and reach out to candidates through Facebook Groups, Zalo OA, email, collaborators, and internal databases.
· Conduct initial screening calls or send introductory messages when required.
· Maintain, categorize, and update candidate data by region, industry group, and experience level.
Regularly refresh and grow talent for targeted segments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Professional major: Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding
Proficient in using design and video editing software
