1. Employer Branding (70%)
Build and execute the annual Employer Branding strategy and EVP.
Manage branding content across TikTok, Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, LinkedIn, and company website.
Produce recruitment content: videos, posts, visuals, and campaign materials.
Optimize job ads, candidate communication, and recruitment marketing assets.
Lead employer brand campaigns, career events, and campus partnerships.
Support internal communications and culture-building activities related to EVP.
2. Talent Attraction Support (20%)
Research and expand sourcing channels to grow candidate pipelines.
Provide TA team with branded communication tools for candidate outreach.
3. First-60-Day Retention Support (10%)
Support initiatives to improve new-hire experience during the first 60 days.
Provide EB insights to onboarding and early engagement activities.
Other tasks assigned by the Department or Line manager
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Communications, Business, or related fields.
5–10 years of experience in Employer Branding or Recruitment Marketing.
Strong understanding of branding, digital content, and social media management.
Data-driven mindset, strong communication and project management skills.
Proactive, creative, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
