We are looking for Event Manager who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution skills — someone who can take full ownership of projects and deliver impactful, well-organized, and on-brand experiences. You will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of key events, especially automotive-related activations, outdoor festivals, and large-scale product launches.
This role suits a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to create memorable brand moments. You’ll work with a wide network of agencies, vendors, and internal teams to make each event a standout success.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Event Strategy & Execution
- Develop and oversee the annual event calendar (corporate events, product launches, training programs, dealer meetings, roadshows, activations).
- Take full ownership of event concept, theme, messaging, and visual direction, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and marketing strategy.
- Manage event planning end-to-end: budgeting, supplier selection, production, logistics, and on-site supervision.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Trade, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure event objectives align with business goals.
- Evaluate event effectiveness using measurable KPIs (attendance, engagement, lead generation, ROI, media exposure).
- Ensure all events reflect Vietmap’s identity and premium image.
B. PR & Brand Communication
- Build and manage the annual PR plan to enhance brand credibility and awareness.
- Develop and supervise press releases, feature stories, product articles, and interviews in collaboration with media and content partners.
- Maintain and expand relationships with media, KOLs, and industry influencers to secure high-quality coverage.
- Manage press events, media visits, and product review activities.
- Monitor and report brand mentions, sentiment, and media visibility across digital and traditional channels.
- Support crisis communication and ensure consistent brand voice across all external communication.
C. Brand Image & Corporate Reputation
- Work with internal creative and design teams to ensure brand consistency across event touchpoints, POSM, and PR visuals.
- Partner with HR and internal communication for internal branding and corporate events to enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure all communications — visual, verbal, experiential — are aligned with Vietmap’s brand DNA: smart, reliable, and forward-looking.
