Job Description

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare and issue customer invoices in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and proactively follow up on overdue payments.
• Record, allocate, and reconcile customer payments accurately and on time.
• Reconcile and monitor cash sales deposits from outlet systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage customer billing, sales tax reconciliation, and related reporting tasks.
• Maintain AR sub-ledgers and ensure consistency with the General Ledger.
• Prepare AR aging reports, analyze collection trends, and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to resolve billing or collection issues.

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and compliance with tax and company requirements.
• Support weekly/monthly vendor payment runs, including preparing payment proposals.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure AP entries are complete and accurate within reporting timelines.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities for AP.

General

• Maintain proper records and filing for both AR and AP documents.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within Accounting Dept.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in AR and/or AP accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP system (Microsoft Dynamic D365) experience is an advantage.
• Vietnamese Tax Regulation and Legislation.
• Knowledge of VAS and IFRS accounting standards.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial risk management.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
