Role Description
We are seeking ambitious and energetic executives to help us expand our Surface Technology Business. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by hunting customers to promote Maha distribution products, boost sales, and forge strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for new business development of chemicals and materials under construction, building and any other potential relevant markets.
Identify and develop sales leads, opportunities and prospects of chemicals sales & distribution to the identified manufacturing industries.
Sales planning and able to recognize customers’ needs and requirements, and to increase the platform by expanding customers and products base.
Evaluate and analyze market situation, competition and customers buying trends. Proactive in understanding the trends and issues likely to impact the market affecting current and future growth of sales and profitability.
Manage reports such as market survey, development and sales update, demand forecast.
Manage collection and customer accounts.
Stock planning with supply chain in inventory management.
Ensure timely response to internal/external customers' enquiries, feedback and comments.
Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with customers and business partners.
To meet the goals and KPIs set by the management, with strategic planning.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and business development experience in the above-mentioned industries is preferred.
Minimum Degree in Chemistry or related Chemical business and marketing discipline.
Good Microsoft Office knowledge and presentation, risk management, solving problems, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English– Writing and communication skills.
Dedicated team player with self-motivation, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Ability to analyze, make decisions and take appropriate actions for better results.
Proactive in learning and contributing to organizational goals.
