Facility Engineer - Fire Protection Systems

Job Description

• Manage, operate, and supervise all fire protection systems at the plant: fire alarms, automatic fire suppression (sprinklers, foam, FM200, HFC), fire pump station...

• Conduct regular fire risk assessments. Develop and update emergency response plans according to regulations. • Work directly with Fire Department, Industrial Park Management Board, and inspection/assessment agencies. • Participate in planning and fire protection acceptance for expansion, renovation, or CAPEX projects. • Make quotations for the renovation of the factory layout. • Organize regular fire drills and conduct fire safety training for all employees. • Coordinate with EHS, Facility, and Maintenance teams to ensure overall plant.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Occupational Safety, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, MEP or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience in design and construct fire protection for manufacturing plants, preferably with FDI companies (Korean, Japanese, Chinese...).

• Valid Fire Protection Professional Certificate (Level II or higher preferred).

• Strong knowledge of standards: TCVN, QCVN 06:2022/BXD, NFPA, FM Global.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and reading fire protection system drawings. • Strong teamwork, coordination, and emergency handling skills.

• Basic technical English communication is a plus.
