Job Description
1. 战略执行与经营管理 / Strategy Execution & Business Management
· 牵头落实总部战略,制定越南分公司的年度经营目标与计划,对营收、利润等核心指标负责。
Lead the implementation of headquarters’ strategic goals and formulate the annual business objectives and plans for the Vietnam branch.
· 全面负责营收、利润等关键业务指标。
Take full responsibility for key business indicators such as revenue and profit.
· 统筹日常运营,提升供应链、生产、销售等全流程效率,确保业务合规高效落地。
Oversee daily operations and enhance end-to-end efficiency across supply chain, production, and sales to ensure compliant and effective execution.
2. 团队建设与人才管理 / Team Building & Talent Management
· 搭建并管理核心团队,负责中高层人员的招聘、培养及绩效评估。
Establish and manage the core leadership team; responsible for recruiting, developing, and evaluating mid-to-senior level employees.
· 推动跨文化融合,促进中越团队协作,打造符合当地特色的组织文化。
Promote cross-cultural integration, fostering collaboration between Chinese and Vietnamese teams to create a locally adaptive and cohesive organizational culture.
3. 外部关系与风险控制 / External Relations & Risk Control
· 维护与当地政府部门及合作伙伴的关键关系,确保政策对接与资源获取。
Maintain key relationships with local government authorities and business partners to ensure policy alignment and resource acquisition.
· 识别市场、政策及合规等潜在风险,制定应对预案,确保公司稳健运营。
Identify potential risks related to market, policy, and compliance, and develop mitigation plans to ensure stable and sustainable operations.
4. 市场拓展与品牌建设 / Market Expansion & Brand Development
· 调研越南及东南亚市场,分析产业转移趋势及自动化需求。
Conduct research on the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian markets, analyzing trends in industrial relocation and automation demand.
· 制定本土化市场进入及产品适配策略。
Develop localized market entry and product adaptation strategies.
· 拓展重点客户及渠道合作伙伴,深入渗透区域产业链与价值链。
Expand key customer and channel partnerships to deepen participation in the regional supply and value chains.
· 主导以技术解决方案为核心的品牌建设,打造“可信赖合作伙伴”品牌形象,不断提升品牌价值与市场份额。
Lead brand-building initiatives focused on technology-driven solutions, positioning the company as a “trusted partner” while continuously enhancing brand equity and market share.
Job Requirement
1. 本科及以上学历,具有 8 年以上制造业、项目管理或客户管理经验。
Bachelor’s degree or above with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, or client management.
2. 欢迎中国外派或海外候选人,应具备中英文流利沟通能力;有越南工作经验者优先。
Open to Chinese expatriates or overseas candidates; fluency in both Chinese and English is required. Candidates with prior work experience in Vietnam are preferred.
3. 熟悉越南当地商业环境,具备优秀的沟通与人际交往能力。
Strong understanding of the local Vietnamese business environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: up to USD 5.500/ month (16–18 months) + position allowance + travel allowance
