Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Job Description

1. Manufacturing Costing & Analysis cost of goods sold
2. Reconciliation inventory between in-out-remaining report and Detail Ledger
3. Stock count observe & minutes
4. Fixed Asests, short – term and long – term prepaid expenses
5. General Ledger: checking and reviewing all general ledger
6. Deducted unreasonable, invalid expenses to control costs and accrual expenses.
7. Conduct reports: Close accounting book and prepare financial statements, raw materials, Declaration CIT (Corporate Incomes Tax) of quarterly,
8. Prepare and analysis the variance of actual vs budget of sale, manufacturing cost, selling expenses, general & administration expenses.
9. Researching and analysing financial information relating to the company
10. Update Law and Tax, other tax relevant matters

Job Requirement

Age: From 29 years old

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Finance, Accounting

Experience:

• At least 2 year of experience in a relevant working experience in an accounting
• Having good knowledge of taxes and experience working with tax authorities is a prefered
• Experience in manufacturing company is plus

Soft skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good management skills such as planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc…
• Good English communication skills.​
• Good at Microsoft Office ( Excel, Power Point)

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
