Job Description

I. MAIN BUSINESS

The Finance Director is responsible for managing all financial activities of the enterprise, ensuring financial stability and sustainable development, and supporting the board of directors in making decisions. determine strategy. This position will manage the Financial Planning, Chief Accountant and Procurement Team departments.

II. RESPONSIBILITES

1. Financial and strategic planning:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies consistent with the company's business goals.
  • Long-term and short-term financial planning, including revenue, cost and profit forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Planning team to create detailed financial forecasts and budget planning.

2. Budget and cash flow management:

  • Supervise annual budget preparation and manage effective budget use.
  • Manage cash flow, ensure solvency and optimize capital resources.

3. Financial reports:

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to CAO (Chief Administrative Officer) and relevant parties.

4. Financial risk management:

  • Identify, evaluate and manage financial risks.
  • Develop and implement effective risk prevention measures.

5. Investment and capital management:

  • Manage company investments and assets to maximize profits.
  • Identify and evaluate capital raising opportunities, including debt financing, stock issuance and seeking strategic investors.

6. Regulatory compliance and financial management:

  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards.
  • Establish and maintain an effective internal control system.

7. Manager of Financial Planning, Chief Accountant and Procurement Department:

  • Lead, train and develop the Financial Planning team to ensure the company's financial goals are effectively implemented.
  • Supervise the work of the Chief Accountant, ensuring accurate accounting reports and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the Procurement Team to ensure the procurement process is efficient, cost effective and meets company needs.

8. Inter-departmental cooperation:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination in achieving financial and business goals.
  • Support departments in financial planning and performance evaluation.

Job Requirement

1. Education

  • University graduate majoring in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA or CFA are preferred.

2. Knowledge

  • Extensive knowledge of accounting, finance and risk management.
  • Understanding of legal regulations and international accounting standards.

3. Work Experience

  •  At least 10 years of experience in the financial sector, including at least 5 years in a senior management position.
  • Experience working at multinational companies or large-scale companies is an advantage.

4. Foreign language

  • Good communication and writing skills in English

5. Computer Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software

6. Skills

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong strategic and financial analysis skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
