Financial Analyst

Job Description

Job Purpose:

• As a Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and ensuring effective decision-making within our production plant. Your primary responsibility will be the preparation of our product cost calculations based on SAP data and to deliver actionable insights through variance analysis, helping to drive business performance and operational efficiency.

Job Duties:

• You are responsible for the preparation of product cost calculations, including standard costing, transfer pricing to our HQ and variance analysis.
• You will analyze and report all production-relevant key figures to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor production expenses, including raw materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Support with calculations for Make or Buy Decisions
• Utilize SAP software to track and manage production-related data.
• Design and implement reporting structures within SAP to enhance visibility into production costs, inventory levels, and efficiency metrics.
• You will be involved in projects and special topics within the scope of controlling.

Job Requirement

• Business studies, ideally in the field of controlling, finance, accounting or production, or have a comparable qualification.
• Experience in product cost calculations and good understanding of manufacturing processes, BOMs, Routings
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position (production or manufacturing environment preferred)
• Production analysis, Financial planning and analysis, SAP S/4 Hana, SAC is a plus
• English fluent, SAP S/4 Hana, Excel, Analytical and attention to detail
