Job Description

Thiết lập, giám sát và kiểm soát việc bảo trì phòng ngừa và bảo dưỡng định kỳ để đảm bảo máy móc luôn trong tình trạng tốt / Set up, supervise and control the preventive and routine maintenance to ensure that machineries are in good condition
Thiết lập bảo trì và kiểm soát tài liệu thích hợp liên quan đến các vấn đề cơ học và liên quan/ Set up proper maintenance and control of documentation concerning mechanical and related issues
Giám sát và thực hiện các hoạt động thường ngày của đội bảo trì / Supervise & execute routine activities of maintenance team
Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện kế hoạch bảo trì phòng ngừa & kiểm tra / Plan & execute preventive maintenance plan & check sheet
Nhóm thực hiện & hỗ trợ khắc phục sự cố/ Perform & support team for troubleshooting
Đảm bảo rằng các máy hoạt động an toàn và tất cả các khía cạnh liên quan phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn của công ty cũng như các yêu cầu và quy định pháp lý/ Ensure that the machines work safely and all related aspects are in line with company standards as well as legal requirements and regulations
Huấn luyện viên và đào tạo kỹ thuật viên và người vận hành liên quan trong các hoạt động bảo trì phòng ngừa và thường xuyên và vận hành máy móc / Coach and train related technicians and operators in preventive and routine maintenance activities and machinery operations
Tạo hướng dẫn thủ tục / công việc cho các hoạt động bảo trì / Create procedure/ work instruction for maintenance activities
Tham gia vào cuộc họp hoạt động thường lệ để cung cấp thông tin và dữ liệu lịch sử và đề xuất các hành động cần thiết / Participate in the routine operation meeting to provide information and historical data and propose necessary actions
Cung cấp dữ liệu để thiết lập ngân sách bảo trì hàng năm / Provide data to set up yearly maintenance budget
Chịu trách nhiệm bảo trì cho tất cả các máy móc, thiết bị và tòa nhà theo tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu / Responsible for maintenance for all machinery, equipment and buildings in line with required standards
Thu thập dữ liệu & báo cáo hàng tuần cho: Kế hoạch hàng tuần, Phân tích, lưu trữ, phụ tùng thay thế, kế hoạch bảo trì / Collect data & report weekly for: Weekly plan, Breakdown, store, spare part, maintenance plan…
Thực hiện các hoạt động cải tiến trong nhà máy/ Execute improvement activities in factory
Đề xuất & quản lý phụ tùng trong nhà máy/ Propose & manage spare part in factory
Tuân thủ nội quy công ty, các yêu cầu, quy định về sức khỏe, an ninh, an toàn & môi trường theo tiêu chuẩn của nhà máy và theo các hệ thống ISO của công ty/ Comply with company rules, requirements, regulations on health, security, safety & environment according to factory standards and ISO systems of the company
Công việc khác (nếu có)/ Others (if any): Các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên yêu cầu/ Other duties requested by superiors

Job Requirement

Bằng Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng/ Bachelor Degree or College Degree
Ưu tiên/ Preferable: Bằng Kỹ sư, Khoa học/ Degree in Engineering, Sciences
Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở cùng vị trí trong môi trường sản xuất thực phẩm/ At least 2 year of experience at same position in food manufacturing environment
Tiếng Anh cơ bản/ English is basic level
Kỹ năng vi tính/ Computer skill: MS. Office, AutoCAD
Kiến thức về lập kế hoạch sản xuất và bảo trì/ Knowledge on production planning, manufacturing and maintenance
Kinh nghiệm về HSE, tiêu chuẩn an toàn thực phẩm/ Experience with HSE, food safety standards
