About the Role
We’re hiring a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across the Google ecosystem — Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data, A/B testing, and delivering measurable growth through precision targeting.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and PMax.
Optimize keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages.
Monitor KPIs such as Impression Share, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing of headlines, descriptions, and landing pages.
Manage budgets efficiently and adjust based on performance trends.
Collaborate with creative and landing page teams for conversion-focused assets.
Implement and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and UTM tracking.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience running Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display at minimum).
Proficiency in Google Ads platform, keyword research, bidding, and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in optimizing performance-driven funnels.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
Bonus Points
Previous experience in fintech, e-commerce, or app growth.
Experience with Google Data Studio, Looker, or AppsFlyer.
Understanding of funnel conversion metrics and CRO principles.
