Job Description

Oversee national sales operations, build and lead a high-performing sales teams, develop strategic sales plans, and forge strong relationship with customers to drive target achievement and growth of EM business.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and excute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve nationwide revenue targets.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to indentify opportunities and adjust tactics.

- Collaborate with LEP to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Manage a team of sales representatives: set clear performance objectives, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Client Acquisition and Relationship management:

- Build and nurture relationship with strategic customer

- Conduct hight-level sales presentations and negotiations with customers.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering consistent service and support.

Job Requirement

Graduated University 

Have experienced with sales and Marketing in HAEM Industry

Language: Business Level English is needed
