Job Description
1. CRM Data Analysis & Insights (40%)
- Analyze CRM tool data (e.g., Insider) to identify trends and actionable insights for better customer engagement.
- Conduct behavioral analytics such as churn analysis, retention analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Build and apply predictive models for sales forecasting, lead scoring, and customer behavior insights.
- Collaborate with teams to transform business needs into analytical solutions.
2. Strategic Insights & Reporting (40%)
- Create dashboards and reports to share insights with stakeholders.
- Recommend data-driven solutions to optimize sales, marketing, and operations.
- Track the performance of implemented strategies to evaluate ROI and impact.
3. AI & Technology Integration (20%)
- Support AI chatbot design and performance monitoring for customer engagement.
- Assist in creating omnichannel communication solutions for seamless user experiences.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Proven track record in executing and delivering projects independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
- Familiar with User experience function and tools is good to have.
- Familiar with startup environment and understanding of dynamics between design, engineering, product and customer service are a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, PowerBI.
- Preferred knowledge of data programming (Python, R).
