1. CRM Data Analysis & Insights (40%)
Analyze CRM tool data (e.g., Insider) to identify trends and actionable insights for better customer engagement. Conduct behavioral analytics such as churn analysis, retention analysis, and customer segmentation. Build and apply predictive models for sales forecasting, lead scoring, and customer behavior insights. Collaborate with teams to transform business needs into analytical solutions. 2. Strategic Insights & Reporting (40%)
Create dashboards and reports to share insights with stakeholders. Recommend data-driven solutions to optimize sales, marketing, and operations. Track the performance of implemented strategies to evaluate ROI and impact. 3. AI & Technology Integration (20%)
Support AI chatbot design and performance monitoring for customer engagement. Assist in creating omnichannel communication solutions for seamless user experiences.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor degree or equivalent. Proven track record in executing and delivering projects independently. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders. Familiar with User experience function and tools is good to have. Familiar with startup environment and understanding of dynamics between design, engineering, product and customer service are a plus. Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, PowerBI. Preferred knowledge of data programming (Python, R).
