Support the Development of Scorecards for Sales Teams & Regional Markets
- Assist in developing KPIs and establishing scorecard metrics.
- Help design and create sales reports that summarize key data and trends for stakeholders.
Assist in Developing Systems & Processes for Sales Data Analysis
- Utilize existing tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Salesforce) to support data analysis, identify gaps, and resolve issues.
- Work with relevant teams (e.g., Finance, IT) to address reporting and analysis challenges.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting processes for the sales team.
Provide Support for Business Operations & Sales Teams
- Assist with customer data analysis, rebate analysis, ROI analysis for new programs, and sales forecasts.
- Design ad-hoc reports to support sales initiatives using available data.
Support Sales Target Formulation & Review
- Oversee the Sales Target Achievement process (SIP) and manage related inquiries.
- Develop a tool to access KPIs in different areas of interest.
Assist in Ad-Hoc Projects
- Review and understand current systems, providing input for improvements that will enable more detailed program-level analysis for sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst, Commercial Excellence
- Strong ability to present data clearly and concisely
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, and verbal communication skills
- Experience in project management, sale process management, and facilitating meetings
- Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, multicultural organization
- Strong sense of ownership, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Google Slides
