Plan, manage, and optimize the online presence of products on platforms
Continuously improve and optimize product listings to ensure attractive and accurate descriptions, visuals, and keywords.
Stay updated on platform policies and algorithms to maximize visibility and sales performance.
Monitor and measure key platform metrics, campaign performance, livestream programs, and promotions, including product effectiveness, sales trends, and customer satisfaction levels.
Work with the Category team to ensure products are available in line with sales demand forecasts.
Monitor inventory levels on ecommerce platforms to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
So-Com Overall:
Stay at the forefront of So-com trends, monitoring competitor activities, platform advancements, and shifts in consumer behavior.
Take full responsibility in Sales and P&L performance
Coach and develop team members. Set KPI and metrics to evaluate team’s performance.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in BA, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in sales online channel (ecommerce, socical commerce), prefer personal care/ cosmetics industries
Strong understanding of various distribution channels (General Trade, Modern Trade) to optimize ecommerce operations and create seamless omnichannel coordination.
Proven experience in developing and launching new products on ecommerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills in sales and market analysis with experience in using data tools (e.g., platform metrics, performance reports).
Strategic planning and effective execution skills.
