Job Description

Responsible for: (i) Proactively researching, self-developing, and organizing the deployment, and maintaining updates/upgrades of software solutions, implementing new technologies in the digital banking field, or selecting and deploying third-party digital banking solutions that align with VIB‘s business strategy; (ii) developing plans, managing, and implementing the technological solution architecture for digital platforms, including designing detailed technical solutions, integrating digital platforms with internal and external systems; managing technical operations and handling incidents across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching, self-developing, and organizing the deployment, maintaining updates/upgrades of software solutions, and implementing new technologies in the digital banking field
• Researching, evaluating, selecting, and organizing the deployment of third-party digital banking solutions that align with VIB‘s business strategy
• Conducting technical solution research, developing plans, managing, and implementing digital technology architecture solutions for digital platforms;
• Managing, developing, and operating the entire technology infrastructure, integrating solutions between digital platforms with internal and external systems.
• Managing digital platforms operation to meet business growth objectives.
• Recruiting, training, supervising, and managing performance of subordinates to ensure the completion of assigned work plans.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager
