Job Description

The Head of Dyson Vietnam is responsible to lead Dyson brand in Vietnam to become the leading technology brand with a global footprint. Closely work with CMG Thailand by directly report to Regional Head of Dyson Thaiand & Vietnam to set up Dyson business in Vietnam and building brand portfolio in the market.

  • Participate in strategic direction development for the department that optimize for long-term success, focusing on customer experience, growth, and profitability
  • Drive financial goals and objectives and increase operating performance including budget management and business plan development
  • Participate in commercial strategy development with Dyson Principal including setting and managing sales targets
  • Identify business opportunity and approaches to reach annual sales and profit targets
  • Participate in developing and executing a comprehensive a retail calendar for Dyson Vietnam for all channels
  • Manage the success of the brand by driving the top line and bottom line performance of the brand
  • Drive product penetration and sale volume among customers through CRM, Digital, and marketing campaigns
  • Participate in store productivity improvement strategic plans and execution
  • Develop and define consumer insight driven marketing mix and product portfolio
  • Develop high performing Dyson Vietnam organization, manage processes to ensure that team is effective in order to meet business goals
  • Build strong partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally as well as Dyson Principal

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in brand management. Premium/luxury retail industry, Beauty/lifestyle brand focus would be advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 years of team management
  • Strong strategic agility and analytical skill
  • Dynamic and result oriented
  • Good command in English communication
