Directs and coordinates the daily operations of a Housekeeping Services department to ensure Office, Guest rooms, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
Conducts inspections of facilities and recommends repairs and upgrades when needed.
Ensures compliance with local environmental regulations.
Create quality standards and monitor the implementation.
Resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
Job Requirement
Male/Female, 30-45 years old.
Graduated from College or University with related majors such as Tourism, Restaurant/Hotel.
At least 03 years of experience as Head of Housekeeping at 5-star Hotels/Resorts.
