Job Description

Tổng hợp và quản lý các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ liên quan đến nhiệm vụ chịu trách nhiệm.
Consolidate and manage business requirements related to assigned tasks.
Phân tích và đưa ra mô hình, giải pháp dựa trên yêu cầu đã thu thập được.
Analyze and propose models and solutions based on collected requirements.
Hoàn thiện các tài liệu đặc tả để thiết lập, phát triển giải pháp hệ thống (URD, SRS).
Complete specification documents for system and development (URD, SRS).
Hoàn thiện tài liệu đặc tả trường hợp sử dụng (use case).
Develop use case specification documents.
Hoàn thiện thiết kế giao diện mẫu (prototype).
Design wireframes and prototypes.
Theo dõi và quản lý việc vận hành hệ thống, phối hợp các đơn vị liên quan thực hiện khắc phục lỗi hệ thống, nâng cấp hệ thống đảm bảo đáp ứng yêu cầu của người dùng.
Monitor and manage system operations, coordinate with related departments to fix system errors, and upgrade the system to meet user requirements.
Thiết kế các ý tưởng quy trình mới, công cụ, chức năng hệ thống mới nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả, hạn chế rủi ro của nghiệp vụ phân tích.
Design new process ideas, tools, and system function to enhance efficiency and reduce business risks.
Lên kế hoạch cho việc thực hiện dự án, triển khai và giám sát kế hoạch dự án đảm bảo dự án đạt được mục tiêu và hoàn thành đúng tiến độ.
Plan project execution, deployment, and supervision to ensure the project achieves its objectives and is completed on schedule.
Chịu trách nhiệm tham gia UAT, hỗ trợ người dùng cuối trong các giai đoạn UAT, Migration và pilot / golive.
Participate in UAT, support end-user during UAT, migration and pilot/golive phase.

Job Requirement

Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
College degree or higher
Có từ 3 đến 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở các vị trí tương đương
3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions
Có khả năng hiểu và giao tiếp Tiếng anh tốt
Good understanding and communication skills in English.
Có nền tảng kiến thức về công nghệ thông tin và phát triển phần mềm.
Strong foundation in IT and software development.
Có kiến thức và kỹ năng kiểm thử sản phẩm phần mềm.
Knowledge and skills in software testing.
