a. QR Registration:
- Perform daily QR code merchant registrations on the system.
b. Issue Resolution & Support:
- Act as the first point of contact to handle inquiries and disputes from partners, merchants, branches, and T.Os.
- Provide timely support during merchant onboarding, usage, and after-sales services.
c. Collaboration & Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and fast resolution of technical or transaction issues.
d. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit relevant operational and performance reports as required.
e. Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
