Job Description
1. Administration
- HR Management: Payroll processing, PIT & welfare management, labor contract renewals, and company regulation updates.
- Government Relations: Manage IRC/ERC renewals, support visa/work permit processes for experts and visitors, and liaise with tax authorities.
- Office Management: Purchase of office supplies, stationery, oversee procurement and contracts (office rent, company car, insurance, consultants, cleaning, security, etc.).
- Logistics: Arrange air tickets, hotel accommodations, transportation, and company trips for employees and visitors.
- Accounting Support: Assist the accounting team as needed.
2. Support works for IT management
- Monitor IT equipment, report issues, and assist with setup, maintenance, and vendor coordination under IT management's guidance.
Job Requirement
- More than 2 years experience as admin staff.
- English Upper-intermediate level.
- Accounting basic knowledge
- Labor Code, IT basic knowledge
