1. Administration
HR Management: Payroll processing, PIT & welfare management, labor contract renewals, and company regulation updates.Government Relations: Manage IRC/ERC renewals, support visa/work permit processes for experts and visitors, and liaise with tax authorities.Office Management: Purchase of office supplies, stationery, oversee procurement and contracts (office rent, company car, insurance, consultants, cleaning, security, etc.).Logistics: Arrange air tickets, hotel accommodations, transportation, and company trips for employees and visitors.Accounting Support: Assist the accounting team as needed.2. Support works for IT management
Monitor IT equipment, report issues, and assist with setup, maintenance, and vendor coordination under IT management's guidance.
