Job Description

Develop (under supervisor of Livestream Manager) & manage end-to-end livestream host campaign including training and sourcing talent/host, arranging talent/host calendar and reporting.
Responsible for the operation performance of key factors of livestream and talent/host performance by following team's KPIs.
Do analysis & give suggestion to improve livestream and host performance.
Work cross functionally with commercial team, standby team, creative team, social & digital team to strengthen talent/host and livestream performance.

1. Education background requirements:

Bachelor at relevant experience.

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

Min 1-2 years of experience as talent/host/KOL/Community Executive.
Strong talent/host management skills.
Have talent/host/KOL databases (micro, mid-tier, macro & mega) and prefer to have a good relationship with talent/host/KOLs/Celebrities.
Knowledge of social media especially TikTok.
Enthusiast about beauty, fashion, Mom&Baby brands and have a good communication/negotiation skill.
Well-known/experience with Tiktokshop, Shopee live, Lazada live, GoStream platforms.
