The Purpose of Your Role

HR & Admin Intern responsibilities are to support HR Officer on general HR & office administrative assignments.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Directly supporting the Sr. HR Officer on a variety of tasks to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities.

• Support on making contract related employee

• Record employee data, employee documents

• Support on handling office administration relating to HR, office management

• Support on filing documents, admin tasks

• Support on sourcing candidates, Interview arrangements (10%)

• Support on organizing events, party...

• English at intermediate level

• Ability to be extremely confidential in all information handled internally.
