I. GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS:
In charge of all aspects related to HR & Admin issues of the company.
II. JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain, develop and ensure the best practices of internal HR & Admin policies & procedures
1.1. HR:
- Manage Personnel documents : employee profiles, labor contracts : offer letter, probation contract, probation evaluation, new contract, appendix, renew contract…
- Control Timesheets and leaves :daily timesheet, paid leaves, unpaid leaves ; ensure accurate data for payroll and analysis
- Monthly payroll
- Prepare yearly labor cost
- Monthly PIT report and yearly PIT finalization
- Register employee tax code and dependent registeration for PIT
- Handle Expat issues : visa, work permit, residence card,…
- Salary & benefits : develop and involve in annual or periodical salary review, bonus, allowances…
- Prepare external & Internal reports
- In charge of healthcare procedures: madatory insurances, health care insurance, annual health check
- In charge of recruitment : coordinate with functional manager about employement needs and requirements, search candidate profiles, shortlist, interview
- Coordinate with other departments for training needs, supporting, following up and recording the process
- Hold the onboard training for new employees,…
- Develop and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills
- ESG referent : Collaborate with departments to integrate ESG into daily business operations.
- HR projects : Cafe with HR, ….
1.2. Admin:
- Work closely with Security Agency, Fire Protection team, Maintenance team… to ensure security & safety of the factory
- Manage Cleaners to ensure cleaness of the factory
- Manager Driver and arrange transportation schedule upon request
- Work with VSIP landlord and other suppliers for daily food, car leasing, hotel reservation, air ticket…
- Control stationery order and delivery
- Organize internal activities and contribute to building a strong company culture: monthly party, Year End Party,…
Other ad-hocs tasks as assigned
1. Experiences:
- At least 5 years in HR & Admin field in foreign invested company, at least 3 years at supervisory/ managerial role. Prefer experience in manufacturing environment.
2. Qualifications:
- University degree major in Business Administration/ Labour Management or related fields
3. Skills :
- Confident to communicate with foreigners in English/ French
- Proficient in working with computers with office softwares, insurance software…
- Able to do multi-tasks, work with different departments/ organizations
