1. Update fully the personnel records of factory employees
2. Collaborate with department heads to identify recruitment needs, participate in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening applications, 1st interview).
3. Organize the onboarding process for new employees (company introduction, regulations, policies, preparing working facilities).
4. Coordinate internally to ensure welfare benefits (social insurance rights, sickness benefits, maternity leave, work-related accidents, termination) are paid to employees in accordance with legal regulations.
5. Participate in resolving labor disputes and employee grievances (if any) in accordance with legal regulations and company policy.
6. Propose the development and updating of the factory's HR processes, regulations, and policies to ensure the stable and effective operation of the human resources management function within the factory
7. Coordinate the implementation of the periodic employee performance appraisal process.
8. Identify training needs and coordinate the organization of training courses to enhance employee capabilities.
9. Other tasks assigned by superior.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years exprience of Proven HR management experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Basic English communication skills for daily HR-related work
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude
