Job Summary
The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR operations, internal communication, and employee engagement activities. This role also supports training initiatives and contributes to building a strong employer brand and positive company culture.
Main Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and On-boarding – 40%
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and guide interview processes.
2. HR Administration – 10%
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Prepare reports for internal use and local authorities.
- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws.
3. Employer Branding – 20%
- Enhance the company's employer brand by representing the organization at industry events, career fairs, and on digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure employer branding initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Create and share content on social media and other platforms to promote company culture.
4. Internal Communication Activities – 20%
- Manage internal channels (emails, group chats, digital boards).
- Plan and organize internal events (monthly gatherings, celebrations, team building) to boost engagement and morale.
- Support HR communication campaigns.
5. Learning & Development (L&D) – 10%
- Coordinate training programs and track learning progress.
- Support performance review processes and link results to development plans.
- Maintain training records, feedback, and reports to support continuous improvement.

Language
Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Related experiences
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in progressive HR experience, HR operations, support, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Having experience in a similar position is plus.
- Mature, trustworthy, high confidentiality and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizing and planning skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
