Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from sourcing to selection.
Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and ensure proper completion of offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.
Employee Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
Coordinate with the HR service agency to manage payroll processing, update C&B data, and maintain accurate annual leave records in line with company policies.
Provide timely and accurate employee information to the HR service agency and ensure all employment contracts, renewals, and related HR documents are properly prepared, complete, and compliant with company policies and labor laws.
Training, Performance & Employee Engagement
Coordinate training programs and monitor employee development plans to enhance skills, performance, and career growth.
Support the performance review process by collecting evaluations, tracking results, and ensuring timely completion.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events, in collaboration with the labor union, to promote a positive and motivating work environment.
Administrative Management
Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
Manage office supplies, pantry items, and workplace facilities to maintain a well-organized and comfortable working environment.
Coordinate with IT service providers to promptly resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
Handle immigration procedures for expatriate staff, including visa applications, work permits, and temporary residence cards, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Financial Support
Establish and communicate clear guidelines for expense claims, ensuring proper approvals and adherence to budget policies.
Support payment processing and petty cash management by ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
Collect and verify invoices and payment records to maintain complete and compliant accounting documentation.
Prepare and submit monthly and periodic financial and administrative reports accurately and on schedule.
Job Requirement
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles (at least 5 years of experience).
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
