Take a responsibility to carry all paper works such as visa, Work Permit, ID card…for foreign teacher and employees.
Examine and use payroll as well as welfare for foreign teachers at main school.
Handle disputes between foreign employees and employers when attempts are made in connection with labour contracts, etc.
Keep a record of the applicant, employee, foreign teacher, including resignation documents as prescribed.
Ensure adequate staff records in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Company.
Update the types of documents and records related to the process of performing the work of employees such as training records, assessments, work equipment...
Update and keep records, documents and policies related to the employment of foreign employees by management agencies at all levels in Vietnam.
To carry out procedures for labour registration and annual report on the use of foreign employees to the management agency.
Carry out procedures for health insurance and social insurance (if any) for foreign teachers in all schools in the system.
Be responsible for monthly report, leave report, ELL report, OT report… and send to the Senior HR Payroll.
Do the Letter of Employment for Foreign Teachers when they finish the contract or as per requested by the Teachers/ Leadership Team.
