1. Employee engagement activities (50%):
• Organize company events and workshops to foster a vibrant workplace culture in an international setting.
• Coordinate diverse employee engagement initiatives to promote inclusivity and professional growth within a globally-minded team.
• Provide support in training and development efforts to nurture talent and enhance cross-cultural collaboration.
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
2. C&B (Compensation & Benefits) (30%):
• Manage the whole payroll processes including payroll calculation, PIT, SHUI and other C&B initiatives and projects as required.
• Manage benefits for employees including compulsory benefits and additional benefits from the company.
• Manage all employees’ labor contracts.
• Manage employees’ personnel data system and filing.
• Follow up monthly and yearly annual leaves of each employee.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (20%):
• Manage of the whole recruitment processes.
• Implement onboarding programs for new employees.
• Build up talent pipeline and approach potential candidates for current and potential manpower needs.
• Drive employer branding activities to attract top talent.
Additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
