HR Responsibilities
- Support for creating personnel and evaluation systems as instructed by the JP-MGR
- Support for building a HR development system
- Management of each section (management of HR/GA leaders)
- Planning and execution of recruitment, compensation, employee benefits, in-house training, etc.
GA Responsibilities
- Interact and coordinate with government agencies, external consultants, and labor unions, etc.
- Manage contracts and legal matters
- Manage HR/GA department budgets
- Other duties as instructed by the JP-MGR
* Basic practical duties will be handled by staff from each section.
