Space T is on a mission to innovate space (Home, etc.) with technology and there are a number of existing problems to be solved through technology in the interior industry. We’re looking for HR Generalist as per the description below:
Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition
Act as an internal consultant to offer HR solutions to hiring managers in terms of compensation, headcount, and budget
Run the recruiting process (Scheduling, collating feedback, coordinating with hiring managers, etc.)
Manage smooth onboarding for new hires
2. Human resource management
Set up HR rule/policy, salary/bonus scheme, employee benefit, etc. and communicate new updates with employees
Labor contract management: Prepare and complete labor preparation process on time
In charge of payroll and employee benefits (Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance)
Conduct employee survey and performance assessment on a regular basis
Build a strong company culture aligned with the company’s vision, mission and core values
Organize various internal events to build relationships and collaborate across different teams
3. Admin
Manage the office, including properties and equipment to remain in good condition and run it smoothly and efficiently
Plan maintenance scheduling related to the facilities of the office
Administer and monitor the administration budget and cost control
To provide support to expatriate staff in the work permit and visa/temporary residency card application process.
Job Requirement
At least 3 years in HR, preferably in the IT field
Solid knowledge of HR practices and talent management
Strong work ethics
Proactive, transparent / sharing, and positive thinking
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
