Recruitment:
- Developing and driving sourcing and recruitment strategies to ensure requirements are delivered within acceptable timelines
- Ensuring effective use of different recruitment tools
- Developing job descriptions and specifications
- Implementing various sourcing techniques to identify high-quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost-effective manner such as but not limited to cold-calling, internet, research firms, user groups
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Coordinating with the hiring managers in line with the recruitment requirements
- Strengthening and developing recruitment marketing initiatives
- Overseeing the entire end-to-end recruitment operations
General HR Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Handle HR documentation (contracts, onboarding, employee records).
- Support onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related queries.
- Assist in performance management and training coordination.
- Maintain HR databases and liaise with external partners when needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the similar field
- Experience and proven track record in talent acquisition with a background in sourcing, recruiting and report management. Background in handling technical positions in footwear manufacturing or any manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Excellent recruitment operations, vendor management, recruitment marketing and workforce planning
- Strong background in doing recruitment marketing
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
