Recruitment Support
Maintain and update candidate database (CV storage, data entry).
Post job openings and source candidates via recruitment channels.
Assist in screening applications, scheduling interviews/tests.
Welcome and support candidates during interviews.
Internal Communication
Draft and publish recruitment announcements.
Introduce new employees on internal communication channels.
Others
Assist in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
Eager to learn, responsible, proactive, with good communication and effective time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
English proficiency: minimum TOEIC 550 (reading and listening).
