HR Officer is responsible for supporting HR Director in oversesing HR management: recruitment, compensation & benefit, performance management, labor relations, HR policy and procedures:
-Recruitment: overseeing the entire hiring process, including preparing JD, posting job openings, screening CV, conducting the interviews, mananging on-boarding and orientation training.
-Payroll and contract management: prepare time-sheet, record attendance, manage payroll data, social insurance, PIT and payrolll report. Ensure all relavant documents are accurate and verify the performance of payroll vendor.
-Employees data & Report: maintain labor contract, employee profile, database records. (Hard copies & scanned file), Periodically reports for relevant authorities.
-Employee Relation
-Performance management: Monitor the entire KPI cycle including goals setting, semi-annual review, annual appraisal review in accordance with the Company’s policy.
-Ensure HR operations comply with labor law, staying updated on legal changes.
-Report to Stock Exchange authorities and other relevant authorities.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- At least 06 months of experience in HR, C&B, OD. Fresh graduates with a major in HR management are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Chinese communication is an advantage
Expertise:
- Knowledge of labor laws, social and PIT laws
- Extensive knowledge in HR management system and tool: KPI, OKR, 3Ps salary system, PP maxtrix.
