We are seeking a senior-level supervisor named Human resources operations. This is a crucial function within an organization, managing the administrative and practical aspects of day-to-day HR activities. HR operations is the backbone of the HR Department, ensuring various HR processes and systems run smoothly including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, compliance, and other projects.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Onboarding and offboarding. Managing the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit processes.
Payroll and benefits administration. Handling compensation and benefits for professionals, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Data management. Maintaining records and data accuracy, as well as protecting sensitive information.
Compliance and legal. Making sure HR processes comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Workforce planning. Assisting with an organization’s overall HR strategy, including workforce planning, succession, and recruitment.
Training and development. Managing training programs, tracking people’s progress, identifying areas for improvement, and creating opportunities for career progression.
Conflict resolution. Together with HRM to handle disputes inside Company.
Company asset. Together with HR team and other cross-functional department to manage and protect Company assets (physical material and intellectual property).
HR tech management. Develop, implementing and overseeing software tools such as human resource information systems (HRIS), performance management, and applicant tracking tools.
Job Requirement
Excellent in English
A bachelor’s degree in BA (preferred in Human Resources Management)
Strong time-management capabilities
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Familiarity with MS Office suite, data management tools, statistics and HR systems
Ability to lead HR initiatives and take ownership of tasks
Three or more years of experience
Ability to diagnose and analyze problems quickly and foresee potential people issues
Hierarchy of this position:
Report to Country HR Manager
This position manages most sub-functions of HR Department.
Additional requirements:
Willing to have frequent business trips around Vietnam (sometimes must stay overnight to handle and complete tasks).
Willing to take lead other corporate projects (beyond scope) as required
