HRBP Executive

Job Description

1. Recruitment (30%)

• Coordinate with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

• Update job descriptions for positions from Executive level and below.

• Report on manpower needs and recruitment progress.

2. Employee Relations (30%)

• Support onboarding processes: probation KPI setup, workspace, accounts, and necessary guidance.

• Monitor probation and labor contracts, coordinating with C&B, HR Services, and Line Managers during execution stages.

• Collaborate on handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions.

• Prepare and submit reports on HR issues and arising matters.

3. Performance Management (20%)

• Support and guide the annual KPI-setting process and track implementation.

• Monitor and report on quarterly and annual PMP evaluations.

4. HRBP Projects (10%)

• Participate in HRBP projects as assigned by Line Manager or Project Manager.

5. Other Tasks (10%)

• Perform additional HR-related duties as required by management.

Job Requirement

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, English, Office Administration, or related fields.

• Knowledge in Communication/Advertising/Technology is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Recruitment or HRBP roles.

• Solid understanding of Labor Law and HR-related regulations.
